It's been about 5 hours since I got in the Louvre. My feet were extremely tired and I zoned out due to the grand scale of collections and exhibit halls. When I walked into the Sculpture area, I was drawn to this sculpture. Jesus kneeling down, looked up and prayed. The sculpture was simple yet so lively, and his eyes looked so real. I saw His desire wanting us eagerly and somehow I felt His pain. I was so touched by this sculpture and couldn’t stop taking photos. I took 3 photos and it turned out that they somehow looked different from each other. At that moment, I really felt His presence and connected again how He was praying for all of us and His desire to help us not just become a better and loving person but to be with Him in His promise land. And I know He is with me in this foreign land.

This sculpture drew my attention
There are a lot of collections of Jesus Chris in the Louvre; from His birth to Him being crucified. They are so lively and I could vividly relate some of them to the Bible reading.
