My sister Emmy told me that make sure I stop by Paris’ well known Fauchon store. I found that Fauchon is just across the street from Church la Madeleine. I guess Fauchon is very popular among tourists; I saw lot of shoppers, including myself. Haha. It has 3 separate store fronts; one is for chocolates and other sweet, one is for daily produce and another one is for wine and desserts. I quickly snapped my camera to show you the interior of the sweet store. It’s pretty fancy, isn’t it?
The Madeleine district is also famous for its boutique shopping. There are tons of boutique stores, like Chanel, Hermes, Cartier, and more high-end boutique shops. After looking at so many of them, I kind of felt numb about all the beautiful and pricey goods. However, the window display is simply awesome here. I think toward the end, I enjoyed the window display more than the pricey goods. Boy, am I spoiled! Here is one of Chanel displays.
